The Chance - Springwood Homes is currently seeking a goal oriented, motivated team player to fill the position of Concrete Crew Leader. As the Concrete Crew Leader, you will be highly organized with a systematic approach to achieve quality and efficiently run projects, professionally and technically competent with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities include:
Maintain positive client relationships, representing the company values
Maintain construction schedules, identify and solve problems
Effective Communication with project manager
Order & receive materials and schedule inspections as necessary
Ensure high standards of workmanship, quality control and safety

Qualifications include
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of blueprints




Class 3 or better drivers license an asset
Red Seal Journeyperson considered an asset
