Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, or Office spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and hallways by removing trash and replenishing supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ cleaning requests promptly and professionally.
Organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during daily tasks.




Follow established health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working workplace.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks for maximum productivity.

Qualifications
Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic maintenance practices.
Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail to ensure every space is spotless and welcoming.
