Lightning Cleaning is hiring experienced commercial cleaners for our Stouffville crew. This is a dedicated local team servicing offices, retail plazas, medical buildings, and industrial sites in and around Stouffville. You work the same route with the same team - no travelling between regions.

We are looking for people who take pride in the work, show up on time, and can be trusted alone in a client's building.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Clean assigned commercial sites to our standard checklist: floors, washrooms, kitchens and break rooms, common areas, offices
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and operate floor equipment (auto-scrubber, buffer, extractor)
Sanitize high-touch surfaces and restock all consumables
Handle garbage and recycling removal
Report damage, safety hazards, and supply shortages to your supervisor
Lock up and secure sites at end of shift

WHAT YOU NEED
Minimum 3 years of commercial cleaning experience (offices, retail, industrial, or institutional - residential-only experience will not be considered)
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift




Reliable transportation to Stouffville-area sites
Explicit criminal background check (required for client sites)
Legally eligible to work in Canada

Assets: WHMIS certification, floor care experience (stripping, waxing, burnishing), previous crew lead experience.

WHAT WE OFFER
$18-$20 per hour, based on experience
Steady hours, 18 to 30 per week - a set schedule, not on-call
A fixed Stouffville route and a permanent team
All equipment, supplies, and PPE provided
Paid training on our systems and equipment
Prospect to move into a crew lead role
