Gabbys – Square One Area, Mississauga

We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced bartenders and servers to join our team at Gabbys, located near Square One. If you have a passion for hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of serving or bartending experience in Canada
Valid Smart Serve certification
Weekend and late-night availability required
Living nearby and open availability are strong assets

Responsibilities:
Greet and engage guests with a friendly, skilled attitude
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
Handle payments and operate the POS system
Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance




Monitor guest behavior and promote a safe, enjoyable atmosphere
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service

Experience & Skills:
Previous experience in food service or bartending
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic math skills for cash handling
Familiarity with POS and cashiering procedures
Understanding of food and beverage safety standards
