Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a rapid-paced workplace. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately with professional phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills and clerical experience
Handle filing, record keeping, and document proofreading to ensure organization and accuracy




Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional environment
Familiarity with front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and clerical tasks
Proficiency in RoomMaster, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic computer skills
Experience with data entry, proofreading, filing, and customer support roles
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent phone etiquette
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a busy workplace
Able to work day, evening, and night shifts.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
