Registered Dental Assistant — Viva Dental Wellness

Viva Dental Wellness is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

We are seeking someone who is professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Take and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic records as required
Perform sterilization and infection prevention procedures
Prepare instruments, materials, and equipment for treatments
Provide patients with post-operative and oral hygiene instructions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Support patient scheduling and clinic flow when needed
Follow all applicable infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Contribute to a positive and professional team workplace

Qualifications
Registered Dental Assistant certification in Alberta




Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Previous dental assisting experience is an asset
