CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT LEVEL II

Welcome to Oak Acres Dental, a well-established private dental practice with an excellent work environment and a friendly, supportive team. We are looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our growing team of professionals.

New graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience is an asset but not required.

Qualifications
Successfully completed a recognized Dental Assisting program.
Certified as a Level II Dental Assistant (CDA II).
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to make patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Qualified, caring, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the dental team and assist with the day-to-day operations of the clinic while performing all regulated duties within the scope of their certification.

Responsibilities include:
Providing chairside dental assisting.




Preparing treatment and clinical areas.
Setting up instruments and materials required for treatment.
Cleaning and preparing the work area between patients.
Performing simple laboratory procedures.
Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments.
Supporting the dental team in providing a positive and comfortable patient experience.
