Who we are looking for:
We are currently seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join the service team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, and a team player.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Support the service manager with leadership in the field with mentorship to apprentices and junior mechanics.
Provide technical assistance when required
Support business development when required
Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards
Deliver outstanding customer service and represent our company values on every job
Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and efficiency
Uphold a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
Minimum 10 years of HVAC experience
Robust leadership skills and a proven ability to mentor and motivate others
High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Licensing Requirements:
Gas Technician (G2/G1)
Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic (313A)
ODP License
Driver’s license
