Join our dedicated team as an Immigration Caseworker, where your expertise will play a vital role in guiding clients through complex immigration processes. You will be at the forefront of supporting individuals and families on their journey toward legal residency, citizenship, or other immigration statuses. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help streamline case workflows and uphold the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate immigration cases from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Conduct thorough research using tools like LexisNexis to gather relevant legal information and case precedents.
Draft detailed legal documents, including affidavits, petitions, and correspondence, with precision and clarity.
Perform interviews with clients to collect vital information, assess eligibility, and provide guidance on next steps.
Maintain meticulous records using case management systems such as iManage and ensure all data entry is accurate and up-to-date.




Proofread all written materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
Organize files systematically, manage filing systems, and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing phone etiquette with professionalism.

Experience
Proven administrative experience with solid organizational skills in a legal or governmental setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in research tools like LexisNexis for legal or immigration-related inquiries.
Experience in project management or case coordination, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Skilled in interviewing clients effectively while maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality.
Familiarity with legal drafting, data entry, filing procedures, and clerical responsibilities.
Excellent writing skills with attention to detail for preparing transparent, concise reports and correspondence.
Prior experience with iManage or similar document management systems is preferred but not required.
