Grande Prairie is currently accepting applications for a Recreation Therapist to join our Long-Term Care Facility.

This is a part time permanent position, and a versatile work schedule can be considered for the successful candidate.

This role will take the lead in the development, administration, and delivery of a wide variety of activity programs; ensuring that the physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional needs of our wonderful senior residents are met.

Qualifications:
Completion of a diploma or degree in Therapeutic Recreation or Recreation and Leisure Services
Two years of recent experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Completion of CPR and First Aid
-Therapeutic Recreation Membership (ATRA/CTRA - optional)
