We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Server Assistant/ Busser. This role involves providing exceptional guest services in a energetic hospitality workplace, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a solid commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in customer service, and hospitality operations within a fast-paced setting. This position requires working weekday evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to all health regulations
Explain menu items and make recommendations
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Assist with opening and closing side work
Support takeout and delivery operations when needed
Work effectively in a rapid-paced restaurant environment
Other duties as assigned or required

Skills
Experience in food service,



restaurant operations, or hospitality preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently in quick-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent cleaning skills to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently
Hospitality background or hotel experience is a plus
Solid communication skills to facilitate teamwork and guest interactions
Legally eligible to work in Canada
