Duties
Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, following safety and sanitation guidelines
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders swiftly and accurately
Handle cash transactions with precision, giving correct change and managing cash handling procedures
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling equipment
Assist in food presentation and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers




Manage time effectively during busy periods to keep service flowing smoothly and minimize wait times

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Solid cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
