Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance to enhance their experience
Support daily store operations by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and processing transactions efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets customer needs
Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace for staff and visitors
Participate in inventory management activities, including stock counts and product replenishment




Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues

Requirements
Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a quick-changing environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
A proactive mindset with the motivation to deliver excellent service every day
