Sherwood Honda is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our dealership, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls the dealership. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and love staying organized, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
Answer and direct incoming calls through our multi-line phone system.
Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing mail and courier shipments.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Assist with meeting room bookings and administrative tasks as needed.
Support various departments with day-to-day administrative duties.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

What We're Looking For




Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable multitasking in a busy setting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer programs.
Previous reception or administrative experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.
