Ray Bateman Enterprises is a growing hydro excavation company based in West St. Paul. We’re looking for someone to join our growing team as a Hydrovac Swamper (helpler). No experience? No problem — we’re happy to train the right candidate.

Duties
Assist operator with setup / tear down.
Digging holes.
Interact professionally with customers and the public.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & what you bring to the team
Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Reliable transportation to and from yard. As it is not located on a bus route.




Ability to work independently or as a part of a crew to perform all types of work.
Robust work ethic- self-disciplined, motivated, and organized.
Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions and environments.
