Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender/server, you will be responsible for preparing cocktails, serving drinks and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries
Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and assisting in inventory counts
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar




Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and maintain a responsible serving setting
Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
Strong knowledge of mixology, bartending techniques, and beverage preparation
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations related to food handling
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
