We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, POS systems, and cash handling, with a solid focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions
Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling with attention to food safety standards
Prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista-style drinks if applicable
Manage serving duties efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction




Assist with food preparation as needed to support smooth operations during busy periods

Qualifications
Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, barista work, or food preparation is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience in cashiering or food service roles is advantageous but not required
