Job Overview:
Northstar Recreation is seeking a skilled and dedicated 310G Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of Motorcycles, ATV’s, Side X Sides, and Power Equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a passion for motorcycle maintenance. Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and equipment
Perform repairs and maintenance on motorcycles, including engine work, brake systems, suspension, tires, electrical components and regular servicing.
Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble motorcycle parts.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized and protected work environment.




Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
PDI – Motorcycles, ATV’s, Side X Sides, Jet Ski's, Outboard Motors and Power Equipment.

Qualifications:
310G Motorcycle Mechanic Trade Certification
Valid M2 License
Basic Computer Skills
Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in motorcycle or small engine repair
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
