Duties
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty to enhance the client experience and support business growth.
Build robust relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care and beauty industry.

Qualifications




Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and treatments.
Knowledge of body waxing procedures is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Strong sanitation practices to ensure a safe setting for clients.
Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy.
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of nail care.
Retail sales experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
