Reliable Fleet Services (“Reliable”) is a rapidly growing professional towing services company that is creating a Pacific Northwestern platform strategically focused on serving the commercial transportation and logistics market. Duties

A CSR’s responsibility is to gather all key details about customers and their situations, and to help them with their needs. The ideal candidate is a local resident who is detail-oriented, enjoys helping people and has excellent communication skills.

Detailed job duties include:
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Identify and resolve client concerns and issues.
Enter required information into the computer system.
Effectively communicate with customers, dispatchers, and tow truck operators to ensure work is on schedule and well organized.




Ensure the tow truck operators have the proper instructions to perform their duties in a timely and safe manner.
Listen to tow truck operators' concerns and act on them accordingly.
Perform all related clerical duties.

Qualification
Efficient organization, time management, and multi-tasking ability.
Effective and creative problem solver with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of the Lower Mainland.
Must be able to accommodate to the work site.
Post-secondary education and call center experience in a fast-paced environment, along with knowledge of the towing industry are robust assets.
Candidates may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
