Position Overview

Spring Lakes Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and personable Marshal to join our team for the golf season. The Marshal plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for our members and guests by maintaining pace of play, upholding course etiquette, and providing a welcoming presence out on the course. This position reports directly to the Lead Marshal (Wayne) and works closely with the Golf Skilled team.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage pace of play across all three courses (North, South, East), addressing slow groups in a respectful and skilled manner
Enforce club policies related to cart usage, including staying on designated cart paths, avoiding no-cut and restricted areas, and protecting turf health
Uphold course etiquette standards, including tee assignments, dress code, and general on-course conduct
Provide friendly,



informed assistance to members and guests, answering questions and offering directions or guidance where needed
Communicate consistently with the Pro Shop and Lead Marshal via walkie-talkie, reporting any incidents, injuries, weather concerns, or maintenance issues immediately
Assist with starter duties as needed, ensuring groups tee off on time and according to the tee sheet
Follow the club's emergency protocol in the event of any on-course incidents, and coordinate directly with the Pro Shop and Lead Marshal as needed
Represent Spring Lakes Golf Club with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for the game

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
