Maintain the dining room in a clean and orderly manner and assist the servers in providing the members and their guests with effective and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Clean and reset tables according to standards established by management
Bring dirty dishes to the dishwasher area on organized trays
Ensure trays are unloaded in the dish areas in an organized fashion
Ensure that server stations are well stocked
Prepare and serve the bread of the day for each table as required
Assist servers in bringing out food to their tables as required
Serve and refill coffee and water as required
Assist in the setup of dining rooms as required
Assist servers in closing duties as required
Ensure an adequate supply of roll ups are available to the next shift
Ensure trays are sanitized prior to entering the dining room
Ensure all tableware is polished prior to setting the dining room
Participate in all training sessions organized by management when required
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications Required
Positive organizational skills
The ability to work quickly and efficiently
The ability to communicate well with others
The ability to work well under pressure
The ability to lift at least 35 lbs from floor to waist height
The ability to lift 25 lbs from waist to shoulder height
Scheduled Hours of Work: Must be available for all shifts
