Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering high-quality pizzas and ensuring exceptional food service. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
Ensure all food handling and preparation meets health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Participate in training current kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Skills




Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment, particularly within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to handle food safely, including proper storage, preparation, and cooking techniques.
Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on pizza making, including dough preparation and topping application.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation.
Robust communication skills for effective teamwork in a busy kitchen setting.
