Our team values collaboration, positivity, and professionalism, and we're looking for someone who shares these values to join us as our Dental Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
Process insurance claims and pre-authorizations
Collect and post patient payments accurately
Follow up on outstanding accounts and insurance claims
Maintain patient records using ClearDent software
Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

Requirements:




Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience
Proficiency with ClearDent software (or similar dental software)
Knowledge of dental insurance billing and claim submission
Strong understanding of accounts receivable, and payment posting
Strong communication and organizational skills
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
