Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills. This position is crucial for supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
Engage in inside sales activities, including telemarketing and outreach via phone.
Qualify leads through effective communication and by assessing their interests.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion and business development.

Skills
Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing roles is a bonus but not necessary.
The ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Solid customer service orientation,



ensuring a positive experience for all prospects.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team workplace, demonstrating initiative and drive.
