Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods to promote our products and services effectively.
Identify potential customer needs through active listening and tailored presentations.
Negotiate terms confidently to secure recent sales agreements while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Develop new business opportunities by establishing rapport with prospective clients and following up on leads.
Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.




Utilize marketing strategies to maximize outreach efforts and increase sales conversion rates.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or sales experience preferred.
Robust negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions.
Familiarity with technology sales, including understanding of technical products or services.
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a commission-only environment.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
