Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks following standardized recipes.
Operate POS systems, accurately handling cash and card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, equipment, and dining area.
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service.
Handle food preparation tasks such as prepping cold foams, syrups or snacks as needed.




Ensure timely service during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management.
Follow all food safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace for both staff and customers.

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or background in the food industry.
Solid customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square POS, is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
