We're opening a new Holy Chuck in Toronto this October — a fast-paced QSR burger concept built around high-quality food, outstanding service, and an energetic vibe — and we need a Restaurant Manager to run the show. This is a founding-team role: you'll set the tone for how this location operates from day one, with a real path to grow as we grow. Hiring now to have the right leader in place well ahead of opening.

What You'll Do
Own daily operations — staffing, scheduling, cash handling, opening/closing, and reporting
Recruit, hire, train, and coach your team; final say on hiring and termination decisions
Build weekly schedules that keep labour cost on target without sacrificing service
Keep food quality, consistency, and presentation on point
Manage inventory, food ordering, and waste control to hit food cost targets
Be the go-to communicator with ownership on sales, staffing, and operations
Jump into any station — grill, fryer, expo, cashier — when the rush calls for it
Keep the kitchen and floor compliant with health, safety, and sanitation standards





What We're Looking For
Previous restaurant management experience in a QSR or high-volume environment
A hands-on leader who works alongside the team, not just above it
Comfortable owning labour cost and food cost as real accountabilities, not afterthoughts
Robust scheduling, inventory, and team-development chops
Cool under pressure, calm in chaos, and genuinely into hospitality
Open availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay & Perks
$22–$24/hour to start, based on experience, plus overtime per Ontario ESA
Quarterly performance bonus after your first ~90 days, tied to hitting labour cost and food cost targets
90-day review with a path toward a salaried package as the location ramps up
