Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all sanitation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and assisting with their needs.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Follow all food safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications




Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is an asset.
