We are seeking skilled Structures Technicians with experience working in a heavy maintenance workplace. The ideal candidate has a solid background in structural repairs, heavy checks on regional and special-mission aircraft. This position is based in Calgary,AB

Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on Dash 8, Q400.
Carry out sheet metal repairs, including skin replacements, corrosion repair, rib/longeron repairs, panel fabrication, and structural component installations.
Interpret and execute work from SRMs, AMMs, engineering orders, service bulletins, and drawings.
Support both heavy maintenance checks and project-based structural programs.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, OEM standards, and company procedures.
Document all structural repairs and ensure accurate completion of maintenance paperwork.




Collaborate with AMEs, avionics, and engineering teams to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work setting.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of aircraft structures experience, preferably on Dash 8/Q400.
Strong background in sheet metal fabrication, riveting, composite repair, and structural assembly.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical diagrams, SRMs, blueprints, and repair manuals.
Familiarity with Transport Canada regulatory requirements.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Flexibility to work shift work, overtime, and weekends as needed.
