Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fence Construction Foreman to lead our construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership abilities and a deep understanding of the fence construction processes.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed safely and efficiently.
Supervise and manage construction crews, providing guidance and support as needed.
Read and understand project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
Maintain clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients regarding project status and any issues that arise.
Train new employees on safety protocols, equipment usage, and best practices in construction.

Requirements




Proven experience as a Fence Construction Foreman.
Proficient in plan reading and quality control processes.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Robust problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction site management.
Ability to work flexible schedule as required by project demands.
