Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture or manufacturing with robust leadership and problem-solving sills. If you have experience as a supervisor and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Duties
Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Complete performance reviews and annual SOP training
Respond to alarms in a timely manner
Ensure all egg sets are being entered into incubators on time and, according to set-list
Oversee daily operations, ensure all tasks are completed properly and to standard and all areas are in ready working order for day shift
Assist with training current employees
Light maintenance as required
Documentation and Reporting:



Keeping detailed records of all alarms, issues encountered, and actions taken. Communicating any significant incidents or persistent problems to maintenance, management and/or supervisors.

Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
Proficiency in supervising and managing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in manufacturing, agricultural or factory setting is an asset
