Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for upcoming meals
Support cooking activities by following recipes and ensuring quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and storage guidelines
Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure the kitchen is well-equipped for upcoming shifts
Support meal preparation during busy periods to help meet service demands efficiently




Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is mandatory; a solid willingness to learn is key.
Must have knowledge of Indian cuisine.
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and basic cooking techniques
Ability to work overnight shifts with energy and focus in a rapid-paced setting
Strong attention to detail when preparing and handling food items
Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks
Basic understanding of food industry standards related to meal preparation and sanitation
