We are hiring immediately for a Mobile Automotive Technician to support high-demand service across the GTA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Oil changes (LOF)
Tire services (on-rim, repairs, basic installs)
Light mechanical work
Mobile service at commercial & fleet locations
Complete ALL work orders digitally and accurately (no shortcuts)

WHAT WE EXPECT (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
Show up ON TIME — every shift
Move fast and stay organized
Follow instructions and company process exactly
Communicate throughout the day (no disappearing)
Complete ALL assigned work — no partial jobs, no shortcuts
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Be professional, polite, and approachable with clients
Represent the company properly at all times

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Heavy lifting required (tires, equipment, tools)
Ability to work on your feet all day
Comfortable working outdoors and in garages

REQUIREMENTS:




Full G License (clean driving record REQUIRED)
Minimum 5 years automotive experience
Comfortable driving a service van daily
Robust communication skills (this is critical)
Ability to work independently without supervision

VEHICLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
Company vehicle must be handled responsibly at all times
Cleanliness and care are expected
Any negligence or carelessness will not be tolerated

COMPENSATION:
Paid per job or hourly (based on experience)
High performers will earn more — straightforward
