What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with residential renovation and construction projects
Site prep, demolition, cleanup, and material handling
Supporting carpenters and skilled trades on active job sites
Loading/unloading tools and materials
Operating hand and power tools safely
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Following safety procedures and company standards

What We’re Looking For
Construction or renovation experience is an asset, but not required




Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working on active job sites
Positive attitude and ability to work well with the crew
Valid driver’s license is an asset
Punctual, reliable, and professional
