Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

· Package Timbren kits following standardize work instructions

· Utilize basic hand tools (impact wrenches, hammers etc) to assemble components

· Complete assigned work duties accurately while achieving production targets

· Use material handling equipment to move goods (pump truck, forklift etc)

· Complete any quality or production tracking requirements

o Documentation

o Scanners

o Production tablet usage

· Promptly report component shortages for re-order to the department manager.

· Maintain a secure and clean work environment and ensure all safety standards are adhered to.

· Attend all training sessions as established and required by management.

· Assist other team members as required to achieve company quality and productivity goals.

· Support company initiatives, established to promote an effective,



enjoyable and fulfilling environment.

Your supervisor may change your duties and responsibilities to meet Timbren production requirements. This could involve working in multiple departments.

Other requirements

· Must follow detailed written and verbal instruction.

· Must have CSA approved steel toed work boots.

· Must have excellent hand / eye coordination.

· Must have the ability to work in an area that can be uncomfortable due to noise and extreme temperatures with mild odours.

· Lifting up to 51lbs.

· Must work well independently as well as part of a team.

· Ability to receive direction from Supervisor with positive attitude at all times.

· Ideal candidate must have own / access to transportation.
