Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Assist with product selection, answer questions, and offer knowledgeable recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and display areas
Support inventory management through stocking shelves, processing deliveries, and conducting stock counts
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth daily operations




Follow safety protocols and company policies to uphold a secure shopping environment

Skills
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory tasks
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock management
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
