We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Cleaner and Helper to join our agile culinary team. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of all kitchen surfaces, equipment, utensils, and dining areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients
Support food handling procedures by maintaining proper storage, labeling, and sanitation of ingredients
Help with basic cooking tasks under supervision to contribute to meal preparation
Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables
Restock supplies and ensure all kitchen tools are organized and ready for use




Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or contamination during food handling and cleaning activities
Available to Work Night Shift.

Skills
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food preparation, and basic cooking skills
Ability to handle food safely and practice proper food handling procedures
Experience in food service environments that require teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Enthusiasm for hospitality work with a positive attitude toward supporting a welcoming dining experience
