As a Computer Technician, you will repair and set up PCs, Macs, iPhones, and other devices, solve problems, and generally demystify technology.

Responsibilities can include:
Repair, build, troubleshoot, and configure hardware & software
Replace iPhone and other smartphone batteries & screens
Identify and resolve security threats & scams
Explain your work, verbally and in written reports
Order, promote, and sell our products
Deliver parts and services to customer's location (if applicable)
Provide remote support by phone or internet

Core Requirements:
Fluency in English
Can legally work in Canada (no job sponsorship)
Experience in computer diagnostics, repair, and assembly




Reliable and energetic, with great communication and people skills
Ability to work under pressure in a collaborative workplace

Preference may be given to applicants who bring one or more of these additional skills:
Recent skilled experience or certification in one or more of: Apple (iOS, macOS, hardware service), Microsoft (Windows, Windows Server, 365, Azure), Linux, Android, Sonicwall, Cisco, and EnGenius.
Other relevant experience, including onsite service, customer service, and retail sales.
Valid driver's license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
