The role

As Project Manager, you will own the client relationship end to end. You are the person our clients know, trust and call. Your success is measured by two things: clients staying with us long-term, and projects delivered on schedule every single month.

Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 8–10 dental clinic clients (calls, email, WhatsApp)
Lead client onboarding: collecting access, briefs and consent documentation
Present monthly content plans to clients and manage the approval process within agreed timelines
Coordinate the production team — SMM strategist, video editor, designer and videographer — and keep every deliverable on schedule
Organize and attend shooting days at clinics across the GTA (typically 1–2 days per week), managing the schedule on location
Perform final quality review of all content before client delivery, including compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines and patient consent requirements (full checklist and training provided)
Prepare monthly performance reports and lead review calls with clients




Identify opportunities to expand client packages and pass them to the owner

What we're looking for
Working knowledge of marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) — required
2+ years of experience in project management, account management, client service or a related client-facing role
Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle — required (regular travel across the GTA)
Exceptional organizational skills: you manage multiple clients, deadlines and moving pieces without dropping any
Skilled, calm communication style — our clients are busy practice owners who value clarity and reliability
Experience in healthcare, dental or a regulated industry is an asset, but not required
Agency experience is an asset

What we offer
Performance bonus tied to client retention
Versatile hybrid format: on-location for shoots and client meetings, remote for the rest

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
