Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic educational environment. As an ECE, you will play a vital role in fostering the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children. Duties
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote learning and growth across various domains including language, motor skills, and social-emotional development.
Create a secure, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive interactions among children.
Communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues to support each child's individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and behavioral observations using computer systems and organizational tools.
Collaborate with team members to develop individualized education plans for children.
Lead classroom routines such as circle time, story sessions, play activities,



and transitions while managing time efficiently.
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications
Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
First Aid Certificate
Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings; classroom experience is highly valued.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development theories, and best practices in childcare.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrated leadership qualities such as initiative, teamwork, and the ability to guide young learners positively.
