Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Drywall Taper / Painter's Helper to join our commercial construction team. This position will work alongside our experienced team to complete retail tenant improvements.

Responsibilities
Assist with drywall taping, mudding, sanding, and patching.
Prepare walls and surfaces for painting.
Assist with interior commercial painting.
Mask, protect, and clean work areas.
Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain a clean and secure work setting.
Follow safety procedures and company standards.
Perform other labour duties as required.

Qualifications
Previous drywall taping, painting, or construction experience is required.
Comfortable working on ladders.
Reliable transportation to work.




Own personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety boots, hi-vis vest).
Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer
$25–$28/hour depending on experience.
