Job Description:

As a Meat Clerk at our James Bay store, you’ll be responsible for handling, preparing, and displaying a variety of meat products. Experience in food service or kitchens is an asset but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate! If you’re passionate about food, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a quick-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:
Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and package meat according to quality standards.
Display and Presentation: Arrange and label meat products in display cases, ensuring freshness and rotation.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track expiration dates, and communicate restocking needs.
Compliance: Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations.

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
