Overview
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team servicing Correctional Service Canada. The ideal candidate will have a solid commitment to patient care and a passion for helping individuals recover from injuries and improve their physical well-being. This role involves working with patients ages +18, in a correctional medical center environment. As a Physiotherapist, you will work autonomously and play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans to enhance mobility and quality of life for your patients.

Duties
Conduct assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function
Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises and self-care techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care




Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Skills
Background in patient care with a focus on rehabilitation techniques
Experience working with adult population
Excellent communication documentation skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
