Job Title: Household Goods Packer

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Packers to join our moving team. This position involves professionally packing household goods to ensure customers’ belongings are properly protected and prepared for transportation.

Job Responsibilities
Safely and carefully pack household goods
Wrap and protect fragile items, furniture, and other belongings
Select the appropriate packing materials for each item
Properly seal, label, and organize packed cartons
Keep accurate records of packed items and materials used
Assist with lifting and moving cartons as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate professionally with customers and crew members
Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements

Requirements




Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
Must be able to consistently lift at least 25 pounds
Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail
Must be comfortable working in customers’ homes
Previous household-goods packing or moving experience is preferred
A valid driver’s licence is preferred
Applicants who own a reliable SUV or truck are preferred, as the position may require transporting packing materials
Must be able to work effectively as part of a team

Employees who use their personal SUV or truck for work-related travel or transporting materials will receive a vehicle allowance or compensation.
