Parkview BMW is looking for a full-time Car Jockey/Service Porter to join our successful dealership. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact with most of our customers when they enter the dealership’s drive thru. Your main role will be to greet customers in a friendly and skilled manner, provide exceptional customer service and move/park vehicles in designated locations on the service lot.

Qualifications
Valid G Driver's Licence with clean driving record required
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Understanding of car basics such as boosting car batteries, driving manual transmission vehicles, precise parking skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to work in outdoor conditions year-round
Hard working, punctual and organized
Self-starter and able to work independently with little supervision




Ability to operate a variety of cars and SUV's, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission

Responsibilities
Greet each customer and tag their vehicle
Install seat covers and floor mats
Relocate customer vehicles from the drive thru expeditiously to prevent congestion
Wash customer vehicles prior to pickup
Ensure that all parking spaces in the service compound are being utilized
Ensure that the drive thru is kept tidy at all times

Job Type: Full-time
