RC Dental is a contemporary, patient-focused dental clinic in NW Calgary. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our supportive team. If you enjoy providing excellent patient care and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule
Monday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm
30+ hours per week
No evenings!
Saturday shifts may become available in the future

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, prosthodontic, and orthodontic treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a protected and efficient workplace
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
Maintain patient records accurately using ClearDent




Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Ensure patient comfort and address any questions or concerns during visits
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols

Qualifications
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Alberta
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Experience with ClearDent is highly preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of infection control procedures and sterilization techniques

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
