Kelowna Chevrolet is actively seeking a Part Time Service Concierge! If you're passionate about customer service and experience, love working with a excellent group of people, and have high attention to detail in administrative tasks this is the perfect role for you!

This is a customer facing position where you'll be the first point of contact for many customer interactions. We're looking for an individual who enjoys answering the phone, as well as greeting customers, and working closely with the Service team to bring success to our dealership. This role involves a large amount of data entry and maintenance so attention to detail at high capacity is very significant.

Explicit communication in written and verbal form is also very significant,



as well as a happy to help attitude to connect between all team members and departments.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Loaner Vehicle Coordination
CRM Database maintenance
Database reporting
Overall care and passion for customer experience and success
Additional administrative duties
Some cash handling

Position Details & Requirements:
Thursday 8am - 6pm, Friday 8am - 430pm and Saturday 8am-3pm
Punctual
Personable
Great written & verbal communicator
Great in busy team atmosphere

Pay: $21.00 per hour
