Role Description

Neurae is hiring Beauty Advisors! As a Beauty Advisor, your day-to-day tasks will include utilizing your cosmetology knowledge and product expertise to provide excellent customer service, retail sales support, and skincare advice to customers.

Qualifications
Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
Knowledge of skincare, hair care, makeup, and fragrance categories.
Retail Sales experience.
Robust communication, problem solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills.
To meet and exceed monthly sales goals .
Greet and provide excellent customer service
Recommend products to customers based on their needs.




Work independently and as part of the team
Attend all training sessions and meetings as required by the company
Uphold a skilled and polished appearance at all times
Work with the Boutique manager on day to day operations.
Candidates must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work well in a team.
Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience working in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
Ability to work a adaptable schedule , including weekends and evenings
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
