We are hiring a fulltime Baking Assistant in our Sherwood Park location. Shift is 4:00am-12:30pm.

About Us:

WOW! Factor Desserts is a energetic, forward-thinking food innovation company specializing in Cake, Cheesecake, Specialty and Seasonal baked desserts. This position would work in a manufacturing facility helping prepare large-scale bakes and provide support within our production team.

Key Responsibilities
Scaling ingredients and tasks associated with scaling
Cooking ingredients and tasks associated with cooking
All tasks related to baking all cakes and cheesecakes
All tasks related to the production of mousses, icings, truffles and any other components
Retrieval, set up, operation, disassembly and removal of all equipment in the baking department
Cleaning tasks related to baking, cooking and scaling area
Baking preparation work:



Depanning layers, Spinning graham, Pressing dough/graham, Individual cup set up, Greasing pans, and Other baking prep operations as needed
Other tasks may be required for operational effectiveness without compromising health and safety

Education & Experience

· Previous experience in baking or food service preferred.

· Experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting is an asset.

Pay: $19.30 per hour
